Olubunmi Fasogbon, MS, PHR is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She also attended Troy University and earned a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Resource Management. In addition she is now pursuing a PhD in Organizational Management. Mrs. Fasogbon has over 10 years of Human Resources experience with the majority being in Healthcare.

As a Human Resources Generalist at 2 separate Healthcare Organizations, she focused mainly on improving strategic human resource practices within the organization. This included improving recruitment and retention and partnering with other key areas of operations to ensure alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. In this position she was also involved in the training and development of all levels of faculty and staff. She is currently an online professor and teaches Human Resources, Management and Business Courses. She also provides consulting services for small businesses.

Mrs. Fasogbon is a member of SHRM (The Society for Human Resource Management) and has obtained the Professional in Human Resources Certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is married and has one son and enjoys traveling and volunteering.
